We provide information, products, and services oriented toward disease prevention. Our pharmacist has been certified to prescribe and administer vaccines without a separate doctor's order.
Our pharmacist is now certified to prescribe and administer vaccines without a separate doctor's order. We can administer all vaccines except yellow fever, including flu and pneumonia. We have or can acquire most traveler's vaccines such as hepatitis A, typhoid, polio and tetanus/diphtheria.
We provide a variety of affordable CLIA waived tests and test kits.
Complete Lipid Profile (Cholestech LDX System) - $29.97
This profile tests for total cholesterol, HDL, LDL and triglycerides. Results are available in approximately 30 minutes. The test includes a comprehensive consultation and interpretation of results.
Liver Function (Cholestech LDX System) - $14.00
Measures ALT/AST, useful in monitoring drug therapies that might cause changes in liver function.
Hormone Level Saliva Tests (BodyBalance System) - $55.29
Test for free hormone levels in saliva, results mailed in 2-4 weeks. Useful for evaluating hormone replacement therapy.
INR/PT (ITC Protime System) - $14.00
Monitoring of anticoagulant therapy and clotting time. Results available in 10 minutes.
A1c (Cholestech GDX System) - $25.00
Measures blood glucose control over the past 90 days, one of the standards of care for patients with diabetes.
Blood Glucose Test (Accu-Check Advantage System) - $3.00
Measures blood glucose levels in 1 minute.
Strep A Test (Quick-Vue System) - $12.00
A 10 minute test for streptococcal throat infection.
PSA Test (Biosafe System) - $35.00
Test for the presence of PSA, useful screening for risk of prostate cancer.
Blood Pressure Monitoring - $1.00
Have your blood pressure taken by a real person.
Injections other than vaccines are administered by our staff nurse upon order by your physician for a $5.00 administration fee.
Private consultations about your health care concerns including drug utilization review, nutritional consultations, smoking cessation, diabetes management, weight management, and virtually any other topic you wish! Price is based on preparation and consultation time but average $25.00 per half-hour session.
We have participated in numerous drug studies and clinical trials. Patients may receive free health care and medication if selected for inclusion by the study sponsor.
